The Funicular

Your arrival sets the tone. Rather than navigating narrow lakeside roads, your private funicular carries you from the main road down directly to Villa Del Sole's front door — luggage and all. The lake is already in front of you before you've even stepped inside.

Ground Floor — Main Wing

Step off the funicular into the main living space: a generous, light-filled room with full lake views and brand new Castagna furnishings throughout. This is where the villa breathes — a space designed for long evenings, morning coffee with the lake as your backdrop, and everything in between.

From the ground floor, a private indoor elevator connects every level of the villa.

The heart of the villa's social life sits one floor below.

Sitting above the private boat dock at the water's edge, the detached studio is the most singular room on the property.
