The villa’s layout
Ground floor
Spacious living room with fireplace, Smart TV and a 160 cm sofa bed for two. A large, fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area framed by double arched windows with uninterrupted lake views. Half bathroom.
Upper floor
All three bedrooms, each with a 160 cm queen bed. The master has an en-suite bathroom and a direct lake view; the second bedroom has a panoramic lake-facing window.
Outdoor spaces
200 m² of outdoor living: a split-level garden with several lounge areas, a private lounge pier for sunbathing, and a boat dock with complimentary canoes and lifejackets.
Arrival
The access road is private and gated; our team meets you at the barrier and guides you to the villa. Two uncovered parking spaces sit on the private road outside.
