The access road is private and gated, ensuring privacy and tranquillity throughout your stay, a member of our team will meet you at the private road’s barrier and guide you to the villa.

Two uncovered parking spaces are available directly outside the villa on the private road.
A car is highly recommended for getting around comfortably. We can arrange a private chauffeur or provide car rental recommendations upon request.

To reach the villa, guests must walk down two semi-steep ramps (as shown in the listing photos) to access the property at lake level.
These ramps may require extra caution and may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Villa Melody enjoys a serene position along one of Lake Como’s most peaceful stretches, just moments from the iconic Villa Gaeta and only five minutes from Menaggio. Guests can easily explore Menaggio’s charming historic centre, lakeside promenade, cafés, boutiques, and the vibrant Victoria Beach Club. From the ferry port, Bellagio, Varenna, and other central lake destinations are all within easy reach.
Nature lovers will find numerous panoramic trails nearby, including the Val Sanagra paths, the Menaggio–Loveno–Nobiallo loop, and the gentle walk to the Villa Gaeta viewpoint. Historic routes such as the Antica Regina and the Ancient Road of the Queen offer a fascinating journey through the area’s Roman and medieval past. For more experienced hikers, the route from Rifugio Menaggio to Monte Grona delivers spectacular lake vistas, while the Menaggio–Porlezza railway path provides a relaxed walk or cycle through scenic tunnels and countryside.
The villa sits roughly 1 km along a private residential road, accessed via a slip road from the main road. While the approach is scenic, it isn’t ideal on foot—especially with luggage. A car is recommended for comfortable access and effortless exploration. Private chauffeur services or trusted local car rentals can be arranged upon request.
